Yes, you can definitely eat vegetarian meals and I am sharing some healthy options.  You can also use your own recipes and eat your traditional foods.  I will be giving you some tips on how to do this.

This program is easy and doable for anybody. Results depend on many factors including the time and effort you put in and also if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your doctor before beginning this or any program.

Yes, the recipes are family friendly but you need to adjust the portions depending on the age and activity levels of your family members.

If you cannot begin now, you can start at a later date as the recipes are yours to keep. You can keep doing it again and again.

Yes, you can do this anywhere in the world as I have clients in many different countries.  The ingredients are all available in supermarkets or health stores and if there is something that you cannot find send me an email and I will let you know what to substitute it with.
