Enjoy a day of clean eating:

For breakfast you can try cinnamon porridgesmoothie bowl or overnight oats.
For lunch chickpea and kidney bean salad, three bean salad or Mexican bowl.
For dinner you can have tofu bowl or bean stew.  If you eat chicken or fish, you can have the instead of tofu.
For snack you can have plum chia pudding, mango lassi, baked spicy chickpeas or creamy guacamole
