Can I do this if I am vegetarian, eat my traditional foods or am fasting?
Yes, you can definitely do this if you are vegan or vegetarian and I am sharing many recipes. You can also use your own recipes and eat your traditional foods. I will be giving you some tips on what swaps to make. This program caters for all diets including those doing intermittent fasting.
How can I access the online community?
The online community is a closed exclusive private group only for members of the program. In this community you can share what you are doing and also ask me questions which I will answer in the weekly live Q&A. If you cannot join the live training, you can watch the recording later
Will this work for me? I have tried many programs so how do I know that this will be different?

I have a medical condition. Is this still safe for me?
While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your doctor before beginning this or any program, especially if you have a medical condition or do not feel well.
Can my family eat recipes from this program?
Yes, the recipes are family friendly but you need to adjust the portions depending on the age and activity levels of your family members.
What happens if I cannot keep up and fall behind?
There is no falling behind as you do it at your own pace. You watch the coaching videos at your own convenience.
